Had roof damage of our home from strong winds- was eval in timely manner and very fair insurance coverage of costly damage. All good things to say about entire process with Penn National Insurance. Thank you for your fairness and being great to work with.

I would like to give 0 stars. My experience: I had them for 2 years. Everything is fine because I paid my premiums and made no claims. In March, I decided to move my vehicles to save money. In that process, I did forget to send my payment as I was setting up vehicles with the other company. Stay away...Here is my story I sign with them in July 2024. I pay my preium until September then they send a inspector out and determine my coverage needs to be increased. The increase was way more then the insurance company I was with. So i cancel it then they prorate the policy back to July and say I owe them 192.52 for July to September. Insane never heard of any insurance company doing a inspection 3 months into a policy. Then they have the nerve to turn me into a collection agency. Shop anywhere else not worth the time ... read more

The estimator's arent even direct employees, insurance companies don't even have their own field adjusters anymore. I have called daily, the adjuster on file basica... read more
