I’ve been dealing with a Penn National claim since an accident in May 2025. While the initial payment was issued in July, I was told all payments had been made — only to learn later that a key supplemental request wasn’t submitted until July 29. That information was not shared clearly with me, and I spent weeks chasing updates from both the adjuster and the body shop (Faulkner Collision). These Bozos are impossible to deal with, its not even worth it at a cheaper rate. We dropped them after our claim. We got nowhere. We have had our home and auto coverage with Penn National Insurance since 1996 and have never had any reason to shop our coverage - great rates and fantastic customer service. Received outstanding claims service every time. Definitely recommend them!

I was assigned an agent who didn’t exist! I called the number in the app and on my insurance paperwork and it was a disconnected line. When I called the main number to get it strained out they would give me the same disconnected line. When I tried to change to an agent who is local to my area, I was told I needed to contact my agent to release me…how do I do that when I’ve never been able to contact them.
