This is the worst car insurance company. One of their policyholders crashed into my vehicle; I sent photos clearly showing that their insured driver was at fault, yet they denied coverage simply because she claimed I had overtaken her—which is completely false. I tried to avoid the impact when she was coming right at me, but she still ended up crashing into me; she swerved into my lane, hit me, and then lied to the insurance company to cover herself. Absolute horrible company to deal with. We've had our auto and homeowners through this company. I had an accident two years ago was hit by a DUI driver. My truck sat at the body shop for nearly two months because the claims adjuster was lazy and didn't respond to the body shop and wanted to cut corners. My wife was involved in a hit and run claims adjuster impossible to get a hold of emails phone calls voicemails would go ignored for weeks. Neither accident was our fault both vehicles had dash cams. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Rude unprofessional. Unwilling to work with you, never gets back to you. Needed a simple response for a diagnostic test to see if a prior deer hit caused my air conditioning and heater to stop working, which happened right after the hit. The collision center said they couldn't link the AC problems to the deer hit, as if it were just a coincidence. They must be as incompetent as Penn National.
