Someone close to me just got a letter of "renewal/confirmation of a RECURRING PAYMENT program on 9/5... to be followed with a "notice of cancelation of policy" on 9/8. With no prior inspection, nothing. Classy.
I’ve been dealing with a Penn National claim since an accident in May 2025. While the initial payment was issued in July, I was told all payments had been made — only to learn later that a key supplemental request wasn’t submitted until July 29. That information was not shared clearly with me, and I spent weeks chasing updates from both the adjuster and the body shop (Faulkner Collision). These Bozos are impossible to deal with, its not even worth it at a cheaper rate. We dropped them after our claim. We got nowhere. So much so that the bodyshop agreed their intentions were a 'Bad Faith Claim' and referred us to a lawyer whom we CC'd as well as the upper level management,and suddenly their story changed "Upper-Mangement" - Brian Hubler reports to Bill Hemrick (x2348) and reports to Adam Parsons (x2383) Hopefully that info helps someone who's not getting anywhere with this IN MY OPINION (Disclaimer of IMO is n... read more
We have had our home and auto coverage with Penn National Insurance since 1996 and have never had any reason to shop our coverage - great rates and fantastic customer service. Received outstanding claims service every time. Definitely recommend them!
