I've never seen a more disjointed company in financial terms. I have banks/credit unions that aren't this lax on security. Plus there is no communication when IN WRITING you change the terms and then I find out 2 months later its still not on my policy.
My husband has had a life insurance policy with this company for 34 years. All of a sudden the premium increased 150%! They told him he has no cash value after paying all these years! He had started with 50K policy and every year it increased for inflation so now it is 105K. Then they sent an extra bill to keep the policy active (above the premium) for $422. He asked them to send an illustration for 50K to see if he could have any value. 4 phone calls over a month apart and it has not been done or sent. This is the WORST cus... read more
Do what you say you will do and a lot better communication between you company and client
I am getting ready to close all my accounts with Penn Mutual. I sent them documentation 3x, and they never said they needed anything else. So I call for the 4th time today and now they need more. I asked why they need more than any other bank or investment firm needs and why on earth they would not have called to tell me this, and they replied, "I am so sorry, we are really short staffed."
