Penn medicine is my primary care and I always use their lab. Other labs poke me 10 times before using an ultrasound and I end up with hematomas the size of my arm. I understand my veins suck and it is what it is but The lab techs at penn valley forge are amazing and skilled. They ask for permission to use my hand and get it first time every time, never a bruise.

I booked an appointment with Dr Hiral Patel for June 2nd 2:20 and waited 2 months for the day. I filled out all the pre paperwork and met all the requirements to be there 15 minutes early. I checked in at the desk and sat down to wait. After an hour of waiting and seeing newer people called back I realized "something" was wrong. In December, the soonest appointment for a new patient to establish care was the end of June with a CRNP. Mid-May, after waiting over 4 months, they canceled it via text. I called Main Line Health and had an appointment with a 5 star provider in 2 weeks.
