Professional, polite
Very unaccomodating. Kept pushing me off to go to another hospital as though they couldn't be bothered. Say no more. Wouldn't want people like that taking care of me anyway. Guess I'll drive all the way to york
For the most part the hospital does a great job. However, their bedside manner needs work. Explanations need to be expressed before procedures are ordered and why.
