If I could give this hospital a 0, I absolutely would. I believe they are HUGE reason why he passed away. My father was a patient for about a month here. The many times I check in with him, there was always some kind of safety issue/concern happening. One night I called in and he was EXTREMELY confused. I asked the operator and the unit secretary to report a stroke alert. It takes ALOT for me worry, let alone, call for a stroke alert. Neither one knew what to do. I wad there in mother's day 2023 with chest pains . The care was excellent . I just went to the new hospital the Penn one . It was the worst experience I've ever has at a hospital . Do not go there.
