Avoid anything associated with Lancaster General Health. Their billing department is highly unprofessional and fraudulent. They and their patient advocates refuse to respond to me or my insurance company about a miscoded bill, and have now sent it to a debt collector. I am continuing to dispute this and their unprofessional behavior.
Avoid anything associated with Lancaster General Health. Their billing department is highly unprofessional, purposely miscode your bills to charge you for things your insurance covers, then refuses to do their job to contact the insurance for the proper codes. Especially when my insurance has said something is 100% covered and you don’t know what the proper codes are. It is not MY job to do YOUR job. How is that my responsibility?
Decepcionada era fiel a este hospital y me desepcione totalmente llevo mas de 5 horas esperando en la sala de espera que me atiendan con mi bebé de 1 año con 104 de fiebre y nada q ver. Pedí de favor que me le tomaran la temperatura de nuevo porque estaba demaciado caliente y nunca vinieron .
