LGBTQ family please be careful getting care here! I have been misdiagnosed, left without care, and even given the wrong medications. All of this when I informed them of my Transition. The ER seems scared to handle any situation so they rush you out. The Urgent care makes mistakes and the Family Doctor like Dr. Emily Brown and the office have no regard for us. PLEASE FIND A SAFER PLACE. PLUME, PHILADELPHIA DOCTORS, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE LETTING ANYONE MESS WITH YOUR WELLBEING!
No one at this office listens when you tell them whats wrong. They have their own agenda to keep funding of this program. A lot of double talk and no follow through.i was promised a whole lot about how great this program was but it dont live up to the hype or the claims they make been here for months and ive yet to have any of the concerns i have brought up with the doctors handle im sorry i mean nurse practitioners i only saw the doctor twice. Its sad when your own care navigator agrees with the fact its all politics
