The office staff was friendly. Dr. Patel came prepared to my appointment with an understanding of my medical history from my chart. He listened to my concerns and was able to perform exams and then refer me to the appropriate parties. He treated me with respect and explained the information we discussed very well. I had an above average patient experience here.
