The doctors at this practice dont prioritze their patients' health. This practice has gone way down hill over the years with turnover of their doctors. The last 2 experiences I've had with 2 different docs will make me never go back. Do yourself a favor and find another practice.
Roger Middleton has been a godsend for my health. After being a patient at a different doctor's office for 25 years, and not feeling heard, I decided to look around for other options. I called Penn Medicine and the staff that answered was friendly and accommodating. I needed to get a med check asap. I've been there twice. I'm very satisfied with the level of professionalism and service.
the doctors here are extremely unprofessional. they withhold medications from patients. they tell them their symptoms are just anxiety when other doctors find something wrong later that just worsened. they would rather send you to the er for no reason than see you themselves and they truly only care about their paychecks and their paychecks only. the lives of this patients do not matter to them. calling or finding any hire ups in a situation that has been going on for over a year and a half and it is impossible. penn medicin... read more
