These guys do a great job. I used them mainly for parts and once for service. They have a good customer service business. I have been in the P/W bus. for 15 years and could not ask for more from them.
Worst possible service, I've been literally begging these guys to come and repair my pressure washer. One wold think I asking them to do it for free as much as they avoid me. Numerous email's, phone calls and when i finally get one of them on the phone and I ask them about why they haven't returned any of my calls their response is "I got your message last week... but been busy" Thats so unprofessional in my opinion.
