Do not waste your time. They were yelling and very combative to another patient when I was there. Overheard the nurse tell her patient she had an attitude and that they don’t give in to “demands”. Because apparently she made the appt and had a form to fill out, and waited for an hour (30 min I witnessed myself) and then they didn’t give her the form, even after the data requested on the form was obtained by the nurse, but told her to come back another day for another appointment. I moved here 4 years ago and chose this as my new healthcare office. I had been seeing Dr Ignatius for the first three years- while I believe she is a good doctor- I found her very hard to talk to and she had no bedside manner- something that seems to be lacking in this office. In the interim- I saw Dr Patricia Montgomery who was absolutely wonderful. She helped me and spoke to me more than any other doctor at this practice ever has. I wish she could be my PCP. Just horrible, a rip off. I called to schedule a regular obgyn appointment and see If I have PCOS and the person on the phone said it has to be two different appointments so I said I’ll do the PCOS check. I came in thinking I would have a physical exam and an ultrasound and would be given a referral for the bloodwork I need to do. Well it turns out I came in just to talk to the nurse practitioner and no physical exam or ultrasound was done.
