My mother is being treated for diabetic wound care. I took her to her specialist two days after her visiting nurse from Penn Home Care & Hospice Services had visited. The doctor was very disturbed by the qualifications of the nurse and felt she should not be visiting other patients because of her qualifications . The wrap she had applied had cut off the circulation to her legs leaving marks, both legs have multiple lacerations up & down both legs.
