Rude, my kid waiting for an hour, very cold outside, and management let me for almost 25 minutes in call waiting. The staff so rude. They said wait and make us wait for an hour and bus did not come. Totally rude and unprofessional
Update: Stef Garrity is at it again. She did not like that i complained about my childrens treatment, so she had her employees harrass my daughters into tears. This company does not care about the people of this community. Someone save us from Kris
