I love this office. They can always get me in, even if it's last minute. The doctors never push my concerns aside and always give me all of the information.
Terrible office. I have no complaints as of yet from the doctors. But there is a nurse in there that needs to retire or just change her attitude and meanness. There's no excuse for it. It's been years of going there and it's everytime we are in there. Where is the office manager? They are most definitely needed and needed yrs ago.
My children were scheduled for an appointment today. We arrived and we were told they were not scheduled and it didn’t matter if I had the apt card because they were fully booked. Not the first issue here but definitely the last.
Absolutely love coming here! I’m surprised by the negative views, I’m guessing it’s regarding old staff because I don’t think anyone here could be more kind or awesome with our kiddo. We usually see Ashley or Kristie and have also met a couple other providers and they’ve all been exceptional. Very grateful to have these people in Punxy and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend!
