I love the doctors and staff while at an appointment, but attempting to get a hold of Life's Journey is difficult. When I call outside their hours they no longer have voicemail. The patient portal I once had with them no longer works. And when I was actually able to call during their hours, I got a voicemail. Instead of filling my prescription, the response said to call them back.

Dr. Max Pavlock is so easy going and he listens and explains in detail about mental health and meds receptors. He really cares. He's not in a hurry* to get u outta there. Amazing and thetes NO judgement everyone was so nice .. it wasn't busy.. tho if u have upmc4u it's a $2 co pay for ppl who hv that insurance. 5***
