First appointment there went well. The person I saw was very interested in what happened and gave me all the information I needed. She was extremely helpful. The second visit felt more reminiscent of a drive thru restaurant. Dr couldn't have been less interested. When I told him I could walk without my brace without pain other than the brace binding against my leg. My son went here for a broken scaphoid. They had him wearing the boa cast. It broke after 3 months and instead of replacing it they made him continue to wear it. The X-ray looked good at that time and he said he had no pain even after the doctor moved it around and pressed on it. Month 4 he comes back with his still broken boa cast on and they say the X-ray looks worse now than before. They replaced it and made him continue to wear it. My daughter was seen at the ER yesterday with a broken hand they said to make an appointment at the fracture clinic I spent hours calling I tried every menu option no answer. Very unprofessional! I made an appointment somewhere else
We liked the medical staff, the reception staff is impersonal and why is it so hard to have your phone call answered!? I had to call for hours to get a person to put us in the schedule, and forget trying to call and reschedule an appointment!!
This place is a joke my daughter shattered her wrist early Sunday morning dr from here told her to be seen asap with the holiday waited til today now they cannot see her til September 12th that's nine days away
