Too hard to reach on the phone my son's been out of his meds for a week because I have been trying to call everyday for a week and no answer I'm about done with this place
DO NOT allow any family member to go here. My daughter was admitted and in one week she only saw a psych doctor ONCE for five to ten minutes. She told him she was restless (because she is so bored) and he gave her a blood pressure med. They do not care about the patients. We are trying to have her transferred to The Meadows in State College, but they don't want to lose the money grab, so they are refusing to cooperate. Called twice, 1st time was 15 min on hold, 2nd time was 17 min on hold!?!?!
This place is useless. Nobody bothers to call you back. When you need help. I wouldn't recommend this place to my loved ones.
