Had a brain, n knee MRI today. Hugh was so nice to me even when I moved during knee MRI n he had to start over. He talked to me threw the brain test. I was relaxed. Thank you Hugh (the 6th)

They are awesome !! They treat their patients really good, We had Dr. TANG today, He was so nice and answered all of our questions, has great bedside manners !!

Couldn't have been happier. Aside from being sick, it was the best ER experience I've had in the area. The staff was very nice, the doctors made sure I knew what was going on, and I felt very cared for. So glad I decided to go to Brookville.

Would have scored 5 if we didn't have the transport issue. Nurse Jen went far above and beyond to get what needed to be done. Never gave up and always had Mary's best interest in mind last night in ER. The MedVac crew was phenomenal and treated her with care, dignity and respect on her trip back to Cleveland. Mary starts Chemo Monday and will be a resident at the Clinic for the next 4 weeks. God Bless you all for your career choice, last night was the reason you were chosen to help save my friends life.
