Nurse was very ignorant while I was trying to get my sons med refill taken care of. Hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Penn highlands is a joke anymore
I was getting therapy here for 2 years and had two different therapists. They were both fantastic, but after they left, the center told me they could not find me a replacement or fit me in, so I was left with no help. I'm sure if Penn Highlands treated their staff better, I wouldn't have had two separate therapists in the first place.
Things were pretty well for a couple months but then my therapist ended up leaving and now I guess it's my duty to find another therapist, it's outrageous they didn't keep me in therapy but I'm still seeing my med doctor there,all the while I'm in the middle of an appeals process for disability this is what's wrong with the mental health system these days they just don't give a dam
So if you go to this facility I will not ever recommend dr Dinunzio or dr Paterson all they do is want to lab rat you into medications and take you off of what is working just to up something and make it worse
All issues resolved. They were courteous and patient.
