Absolutely terrible when it comes to renewing scripts. Plan on calling for 2 weeks and then maybe you will get what you need. It's Absolutely ridiculous. Especially when this is mental health
It’s so hard to call and get through to someone. They never answer their phones. It’s horrible trying to get refills on meds.
Too hard to reach on the phone my son's been out of his meds for a week because I have been trying to call everyday for a week and no answer I'm about done with this place
DO NOT allow any family member to go here. My daughter was admitted and in one week she only saw a psych doctor ONCE for five to ten minutes. She told him she was restless (because she is so bored) and he gave her a blood pressure med. They do not care about the patients. We are trying to have her transferred to The Meadows in State College, but they don't want to lose the money grab, so they are refusing to cooperate.
