Ballantrae in Port St Lucie, FL. Great location, golf course is well tended to, but forget about their other amenities. Birds flying in and out of the columns...they’ve made plenty of holes...bird poop dripping everywhere; tennis/pickleball courts unplayable and fences falling in all around, why fix them when you have a hurricane, just tie them to a tree; gym is the size of a broom closet, literally; and the pool that the Health Department that is now closed! Bait and Switch on finishing construction of 101 Via Mizner. After living here for six months a lot of the amenities are not completed and have shown no signs of progress. No bike storage, no grills, no top level clubhouse, no working fire pits. The staff is helpful but Penn-Florida is not providing 101 Via Mizner and it's residents any progress on even the most basic amenities. Front desk attendants, maintenance, leasing specialists, etc... are all great but they're put in a tough situation being the middleman between frust... read more
