I haven't had the opportunity to do a project with Penn but Matt has a good eye for detail and his workers sound like they would do a nice job. My husband and I have used other contractors because our projects ended up getting more involved with services that Penn didn't offer at the time we needed it. Going forward I have mentioned to Matt (owner) that we would keep him in mind. We may need his services at some point.

This is the best home town company if you are looking to purchase flooring. I am absolutely ecstatic with the luxury vinyl plank installed throughout my house and the carpet that was installed in my one bedroom. Penn Flooring is an honest company with a goal of making sure their customers are happy and satisfied. When I was getting my floors installed one minor issue came up.
