I haven't had the opportunity to do a project with Penn but Matt has a good eye for detail and his workers sound like they would do a nice job. My husband and I have used other contractors because our projects ended up getting more involved with services that Penn didn't offer at the time we needed it. Going forward I have mentioned to Matt (owner) that we would keep him in mind. We may need his services at some point.
The experience was very good from sales to installation. I would use them again in the future.
