BEWARE: This isn't a company to call to fix anything you may need done to your home or business. 0 communication does this company provide. This company says they will do your work, but they don't. They tell you that they need half down of the money they quoted you, but never show up to do the job they quoted. Penn flooring did tile planks in kitchen and bath. At first it seemed good although the finishes were not even. I advised Matt to make sure they fixed a small area in kitchen subfloor, before laying planks. Couldn't tell until later because new tile much thicker, that Penn Flooring just laid down new tile but never balanced out area we spoke about. I even reminded his workers before they started. I haven't had the opportunity to do a project with Penn but Matt has a good eye for detail and his workers sound like they would do a nice job. My husband and I have used other contractors because our projects ended up getting more involved with services that Penn didn't offer at the time we needed it. Going forward I have mentioned to Matt (owner) that we would keep him in mind. We may need his services at some point.
