They tell you what you want to hear, but then they do not do what they promise. Took over two months to install tile and make it correct. Installers are marginal at best, don't understand quality workmanship. Also had carpet installers, loud and obnoxious and shabby work. Put away your valuables, We were missing electronics after their visit. In the end, go somewhere else, they lie to you and workmanship is substandard. They are better places around.

I got and estimate from Penn Flooring they charge for everything found the same flooring installed for $1900 cheaper! Be careful using them!

They did a carpet job for my small house and tried to make it work for my budget. I forgot his name but he really tried to twist and change things up so we could get the price we wanted. Super fast installation too. Forever a customer.
Penn flooring company just finished a small job in my condo. Two bedrooms and a bathroom but they make sure I was happy every step of the way. All the people that worked on my project from Diana in the show room, to the floor guys, baseboard guys, and the plumber we’re all knowledgeable professional , courteous and did an excellent job. This company is really bad they don't care about their customers just getting money I ordered tiles when we receive the tile turned out it was the wrong one after bringing it to my house at this time I had to pay the contractor that was working on my bathroom for the day when I mentioned to the gentleman that works at Penn floor he just did not care said to me there is nothing they can do about that mistakes happen but that mistake cost me I was told I will receive the correct tile Monday of the next week it's Tuesday 2 and ... read more
