RecommendedMy dad has been a patient at Presby and in their ICUs quite a few times and when I tell you these people are the best, they’re the best. Ask us about a doctor, nurse, therapist, CNA, etc., and we’ve probably met them, worked with them and love them! All I can say is Penn Medicine=HOPE. I wouldn't take my dog here. The office staff makes incompetent look efficient. never return a phone call. Takes weeks for them to send a script refill to the pharmacy and the they f up which pharmacy it goes to. staff sirs around gossiping instead of checking patients in and out. office manager should be Fired immediately and entire staff let go. will never go there again
RecommendedEvery time I come the front desk staff are always welcoming and inviting, even at 7am. Haha. All of the doctors I see here take the time to listen to my concerns, and order tests they see fit. I also find it very convenient they have a few different services/doctors in one building. They’re almost a 1 stop shop for me.
RecommendedToday I was seen by Dr. Lauren Jenkins, she knew I was a special case, with a medical history, and she went above and beyond to do her research, and made me feel like I mattered, I am beyond thankful to have found such a amazing Dr. and I just met her.
