This review concerns the "new" Penn Medicine call center. When the practice was known as "PMA" you called and got a few prompts and then were able to talk to someone there in the office. Now Penn has instituted a new "call center" which is who knows where and they are completely unfamiliar with the actual practice. The prompts don't necessarily take you to where you might want to go and then because my "primary" also happens to be a "specialist", it really confuses them and I end up going round and round trying to get my que... read more
