All of the reviews you see about the front desk being awful are true. They put you in a never ending loop of being on hold. I have tried to call more than 4 times in the past week. Each time I was put on hold for more than 15-20 minutes at a time. When someone actually picks up they refuse to help claiming they are the only person working the front desk. I am so frustrated and upset by the way I am being treated. Don't use this office. They are the worst!!

Todo era bien con ellos hasta que por un error de ellos ahora yo tengo que pagar un cobro de unos análisis de un poco más 800 dolares e estado tratando desde febrero que me solucionen eso y nadamas no hacen nada al respecto Nose por que les cuesta tanto trabajo aceptar sus errores y arreglarlos ahora resulta que no está en sus manos solucionar el Problema

Where do I begin? I am so tired of watching my fiance suffer. I am so fed up with having to call and beg them to help. They are constantly withholding his medication refill for meds he's taken for over 15 years. Most recently, during the most difficult time we've had in our lives, they've hassled us for every refill.
