My four month old baby boy died two days after his visit where we got him his vaccines. If I had the chance to go back I would completely avoid this office. I am going to go the rest of my life making sure that they get fully investigated and hearing from my lawyers.
The staff is great to meet with in person but calling the office is a major headache. You usually need to wait 5-10 min for someone to answer your call. It’s really appalling. We used to live out of state and this was never the case at other pediatric offices we went to.

Dr. Klossner is great. So is Laurie NP. They've been taking care of my 2 children for years!! Highly recommend Penn Fair Pediatrics, the receptionists, staff are excellent.
