The staff is great to meet with in person but calling the office is a major headache. You usually need to wait 5-10 min for someone to answer your call. It’s really appalling. We used to live out of state and this was never the case at other pediatric offices we went to.

Dr. Klossner is great. So is Laurie NP. They've been taking care of my 2 children for years!! Highly recommend Penn Fair Pediatrics, the receptionists, staff are excellent.
The secretaries have a stank attitude. And so do most of the staff. Didn’t give my friend any advice or even proper treatment. Do they get paid extra to be rude though? Because I’ve never seen such stank attitudes in my life. Don’t recommend
