Don't know why these clowns are not voted out of office. They literally exist to bleed money out of you. They change rules and ordnances without informing you, or create situations where its impossible to not be fined or out right illegal. I was fined for a neighbors tree, fully growing and rooted on their side of the property line, that partially fell into my property/waterway.
