They wrote me a email at 9:00pm and fined me for stuff that wasn’t wrong in my front yard. They lie about anything and everything to get money from you. Tried calling them, no one answers the phone. The address that’s provided, is someone house address. They would rather not answer your call, but yet they will send a email. This is the most unprofessional company out there and should closed down.

Stay far,away from this company.It is impossible to reach anyone to speak to.Calls are not returned.Rent was paid online.I received a confirmation.6 days later I got a call saying it was not accepted.I called bank,payment was never any in and there is no problem with my account.Now I am being told to find another way to pay be 7 pm tonight or I will be charged a late fee.(by Property manager).I cannot reach a live person at Penn Equity to find out what the issue is.This is the second time this has has happened.Terrible compa... read more

I have reached out multiple times with complaints about my neighbors violating simples rules and nothing gets done. This HOA group is completely worthless, and they have yet to help me in any way. They send a letter out to the homeowners and nothing changes. There’s no penalty for neighbors not taking care of their properties in a townhome setting. Totally unbelievable! It’s bringing down my home value and appearance. Shame on this HOA.

horrible and unprofessional. Sasha is the manager and will not answer her phone. She sends all the calls to vm and you have to wait until she decides to call you back. Sending an email is just as bad. She hired a powersashing company to clean the siding of our townhouse. My siding was ruined . I informed her and all she could say was sorry. I asked her for the contact information to the powerwasher and she refuses to answer me back.

terrible property mgmt. company. garbled messages, no one ever available, do half way work and have a lot of bull . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

No one every answers the phone or return calls. They do nothing beside take your checks. I would never suggest using them. I don't know why our HOA does. Maybe they are cheap, I don't know, but you get what you pay for and apparently, taking dues is the extent of their services.

Sasha Keen said she would get back to me and never did. I call and leave messages and she never calls me back. I leave messages on all the voicemail boxes and no one calls me back. No one answers the phone in the office. I feel like they are avoiding me.

For the past 4 yrs I've been dealing with them, they do NOT return phone calls, do NOT return emails and threaten you with the HOA's by laws. The HOA admins are equally guilty, claiming no one emails them, I have and they do not respond. The just amended their by laws to severely restrict Xmas decos outside of your home so I'm assuming they are atheists. And, I thought this was a great place to live, I'm sadly mistaken.

As a resident, I have heard numerous complaints about the property mgr. She is non-responsive to owner requests/ complaints, and has been dishonest and vindictive towards several residents. She has also been unprofessional in dealings with my real estate agent, charging for services and materials not provided. My personal experiences are worse.
