Dr. Esther Chung's bedside manner was cold, dismissive and unsympathetic. She told me my concerns were "nothing". I was able to have these concerns validated and treated by another derm who actually cared to help. I have never been treated worse by a doctor than I was by Dr. Chung.
Office staff was friendly and prompt. I saw Dr, David Holler and he was very thorough in his clinical assessment, asking many questions and doing so with respect and kindness. I felt heard and taken seriously by a dermatologist for the first time in my life. Thank you
Very nice knowledgeable staff. Dr. Chung is fantastic. Took her time to explain everything she was going to do and what would happen next. Facility was very clean and well laid out. Wonderful place all around.
It was really easy to make an appointment and get seen quickly. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The doctor was nice and got straight to the point, though the visit felt a bit rushed. Overall, the appointment was quick, efficient, and smooth from start to finish. Thank you.
