Avoid this office. They overcharge the insurance, and you are going to be responsible for the huge bill. I had a regular appointment on 7/11/2025, and they took a sample for biopsy. The whole procedure lasted 30 seconds in the same room. They charged my insurance for app. $800, as if I had a surgery. I received a bill for $235 for outpatient surgery. Clearly someone made a mistake, or committed an insurance fraud, if this was intentional.
Dr. Phillip David Holler was the absolute best and address every concern I had regarding my skin. Highly recommended.
This is my first time ever giving a bad review on a public platform. I was very disappointed that I could not be seen for my appointment after arriving mere moments after the conclusion of the 15-minute "grace period." There was bad weather affecting driving conditions, and I called in advance to advise that I would be there a few minutes late.
