I thought this would be a great dental Service because it was related to UPenn but I guess not and it was not! Highly unorganized dental staff (seemed to not have enough coverage) and way overloaded office staff. Not sure who is in charge here but I had an awful dental experience there this year and will do all I can to get the fees paid by me and my insurance company back from them.
staff not helpful at all, billing is awful and return calls just don't happen
I am I'll equipped to rate a dentist office on skill. It is possible they are all very talented. On the ability to deliver a service however, this business is woefully incompetent. They insist on taking their own x-rays rather than accept x-rays from another facility. They take your blood pressure for every dentist visit despite that being outside the scope of why a patient visits them.
