RecommendedMy son, Craig, has an apartment here and he loves it. The apartment was spotless when he got it and very responsive if he has a question or issue. As a parent we feel comfortable that he is a safe environment. When coronavirus began we were thankful that he has his own place and does not need to use public areas for kitchen or bathrooms also. Anytime I had a question they were quick to respond and I had a bunch. I highly recommend them.

I lived in Penn Center apartments for 3 of my 4 years at Penn College. I would highly recommend Penn Center apartments for any student that enjoys the benifits of off campus living. It is within walking distance of the school as well as being one of the most secured off campus residents I could find. Having the apartment fully furnished made moving simple! Other great benefits include; a building manager on site 7 days a week, security on the weekends, privacy, and beautiful apartments views.
Very close to campus, Dining is close, Perfect place to stay
It is closer to campus than on-campus housing, fully furnished, and utilities are included. It makes moving really easy for students.
