My windshield was busted by hail last week, and I was having trouble getting it into the shop during the week. I talked to Rhonda on the phone and she told me due to the storm, they would probably open on Saturday. So I made an appointment on Saturday. I later realized that I was probably the only windshield Shannon replaced that day. I figured he may be put out about having to work on a Saturday to replace my windshield (and he very easily could have been), but he couldn't have been nicer.
