Do not rent from them -- these people are the absolute WORST. They are extremely friendly and helpful throughout the lease signing process, but once they have your signature they are GONE. The tenant handler is virtually unreachable and if by some bizarre stroke of fate you do reach her she is completely unprofessional and dismissive. This has been the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. Two months after moving out and still haven’t received my security deposit back. They are completely disorganized, unresponsive and unprofessional!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Will likely have to take legal action to get my money back

I've lived here since January 2017. I can't wait to get out. DO NOT MOVE AT 7 EAST 86TH STREET!!!! Property is constantly stolen in the mailroom (Building management refuse to do anything about it, and constantly point the finger at their own residents for having deliveries sent when the doorman isn't there). Residents have had items worth thousands of dollars stolen, and had to file police reports.
