My pleasant, albeit rainy, afternoon walk with my sweet and well-behaved dog was interrupted this afternoon when an elderly lady with the license plate PENMAC rolled down her window and yelled “get off my property.” Initially I wasn’t sure what she was saying. It was so random and antagonistic. When I responded she doubled down with her hostility. My dog was just sniffing spots where, clearly, many dogs have hung out before. Don't seek employment through them. They don't communicate at all to the perspective hires. I just waisted a month waiting for them to communicate about when a job tour would be only to find out I got rejected by that job and they never told me until it was too damn late. Wish I could rate them lower than 1 star
Mainly offer temporary postions , so in 90 days when your not hired on as a full employees, chances are you'll have to come back to Penmac for more work. Excellent job security for the staff of Penmac, but a cancer to the community. When hired through this agency, you are automatically salary capped, because Penmac get an hourly finders fee in some cases. Youll be hired on for minimum wage, but the company the hires you is actually paying $3-$5 more per hour for the Penmac middeman finders fee. Which is probably why companie... read more
