My experiences with this company have been great! I have not been there often but when I have, Mr. Penland has been very helpful. Just this week I went in with an issue with wiring and my brake system. Mr. Penland took an hour or more to discuss the problem, educated me on the systems in question and then fixed it the next day for a very reasonable cost. Thank you.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Terrible customer service! Went back to present a problem that I had with trailer, didn’t expect him to do a whole lot but wanted to at least ask. He then proceeded to cuss me and tell me it was completely my fault at this point even though it came from the factory this way. I figured nothing could be done about the problem at this point, just thought I’d ask. However, to treat your customers in this fashion is uncalled for and completely unprofessional.
