We have since added buildings in Hyde Park and Madeira.

There is a Penklor property that sits behind my home and they have been terrible with taking care of their property. This was the worst company that I have ever dealt with when it comes to rental properties. I will not recommend to my worst enemy to deal with this company. They are unprofessional and crooks. Please look elsewhere and not use penklor or Sundance property you will regret it.

Terrible. They barely ever responded to any maintenence requests. The ones they did, they performed a mediocre job; thus leading us to call them back to redo the crap they just did. Terrible. Terrible Company
