I'm writing this review for others so that they can beware; and in hopes that management will see this and follow-up with me! My daughter has had nothing but issues since the day of move-in. She was SO excited moving in, the whole family went down to help. I’m sharing my experience so others know what to expect. The office staff kept pressuring us to renew early, saying we’d get a discount or special offer, but it turned out not to be true. We rushed to sign because we didn’t want to miss out, and later realized it was just talk. On top of that, I’ve had to pay late fees for no reason. The office doesn’t respond to emails or calls until it’s too late they wait until the late fees hit, then say there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s really frustrating and feels unfair. I took a tour and the staff was honestly amazing! Everyone was so nice, and the tour was super detailed and they answered all my questions. I chatted with Shanel a lot and she was so friendly and very knowledgeable!
Bad communication, unclear directions leading you being charged over and over again. I’ve been living here for 2 years now. They are clean, they have many events and the apt is overall pretty good with fast maintenance. The only issue it is for me is that their managers don’t do their jobs well. (Jane especially) I’ve emailed her bout a payment plan we set up she doesn’t respond or responds really late until you’ve been charged so much then she responds and "helps" you after you’ve piled up so much late fees that you can’t e... read more
