Holly, Shanel, Erin are absolutely fantastic! Such amazing care for their residents and you can tell how much they love their jobs. Around the clock response time which is fantastical!
I’m doing it on the behalf of my brother. He lived her for a whole year and he loved it here. He states it was owned by American campus last November. It got a lot better to Stan.
Highly unprofessional, do not answer promptly or with reasonable time. I’m so tired of these student workers who have no idea how to do their jobs.
