I read a tonnn of reviews before moving in here about 6 months ago, and was very nervous due to their nature. Personally, I've had a great experience at Peninsular Place. I live on A side (which I've heard is better maintained) after making a bit of a fuss when hearing I was originally going to be placed on B side where there is no front office or accommodations such as the gym and study cafe.
