I have had an extremely disappointing experience living at Peninsular Place. For the past two months, I have dealt with ongoing safety and maintenance issues that management has failed to properly address. Police have been involved due to safety concerns. I just want to give a huge shoutout to Fanta for being such an amazing and helpful staff member at Peninsular Place. Every time I’ve needed anything—whether it was help with a maintenance request, a question about my lease, or just general assistance—she has always been so kind and patient. She takes the time to actually listen and make sure things get taken care of, which I really appreciate.
