I’m sharing my experience so others know what to expect. The office staff kept pressuring us to renew early, saying we’d get a discount or special offer, but it turned out not to be true. We rushed to sign because we didn’t want to miss out, and later realized it was just talk. On top of that, I’ve had to pay late fees for no reason. I took a tour and the staff was honestly amazing! Everyone was so nice, and the tour was super detailed and they answered all my questions. I chatted with Shanel a lot and she was so friendly and very knowledgeable!
Bad communication, unclear directions leading you being charged over and over again. I’ve been living here for 2 years now. They are clean, they have many events and the apt is overall pretty good with fast maintenance. The only issue it is for me is that their managers don’t do their jobs well.
