Maintenance staff is friendly and quick. That's about it. This should be a last resort. Extremely unsafe place to live. You'll have random people walking through the parking lot. You pay 12 monthly rent installments but are only allowed to live there for 11 months of the year. Make that make sense. There is no lease buyout. Sure hope nothing happens to you within those 11 months or you don't need to relocate for work, because you're on the hook for your entire lease. They like to charge completely random amounts. PenPlace is under new management, hopefully things get better
Holy moly! I had an appointment today at 2pm and spoke with Erin about leasing options with a far-away lease date in the far future of 2027. She was very kind and very informative! I came in with questions and she knew her stuff! Peninsular Place is very affordable (but not cheap!! as in they care a lot about maintenance) and with its offered amenities, it is already at the very top of the top 3 apartment complexes I'm interviewing in preparation to move. Thank you very much, I'm extremely grateful!
The maintenance of this facility is some of the worst I have EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! About a month ago the maintenance workers came in our unit to fix our water meters, ended up getting water all over the unit and proceed to charge US for the screw-up. No internet in the clubhouse, and is been like this for the past two months! There's been several staff meetings in the only study room that actually has internet for some reason, meaning nobody can just work in there. Holly, Holly, Holly… With the new building management and Holly Nicks (the new property manager), I finally love being here at Peninsular Place! She makes sure that all the staff are well rehearsed on the phones and goes ABOVE and BEYOND her duties to ensure that every resident (including myself) has what they need during their leasing period(s). I’m forever grateful to her and the rest of the office staff for all of their hard work & dedication to ensuring a safe, healthy, and breathable environment! :))
