Great place and caring vets for my fur baby
Our beautiful boy was treated with nothing but kindness, patience and love. We couldn’t be more grateful for the vet that seen him, he normally doesn’t like the vets and has to be sedated but the vet was wonderful, made him comfortable and he willingly went with her and allowed her to perform all assessments on him whilst he was awake. Thank you so much for looking after our boy in such a unexpected circumstance.
I brought my dog Luna in for an emergency visit due to an allergic reaction, and I’m so grateful for the care we received. Luna is a clefty with congenital CKD and high anxiety, especially in unfamiliar places. The staff truly listened, respected her complex needs, and never made me feel like I was overreacting. They were so gentle and kind when Luna had to be taken out the back — using excited voices to distract her, and cuddling her when she got distressed. Top notch treatment and care
From the minute I arrived at emergency, every part of the service was incredibly professional, compassionate with everything explained with a lot of detail and care. I’m involved in the animal health industry for work but was still quite anxious when having to bring my own dog for eating something he shouldn’t have.
