Excellent service from the moment l walked in. All the staff are very caring and everything was explained and my questions were answered.
We couldn't be happier with the care our dog received at Peninsula Vet Emergency & Referral Hospital for a TPLO surgery. We felt reassured throughout the entire process and Dr Woolley was excellent at explaining the procedure with accuracy and empathy. Our boy is home now and is on the mend thanks to the amazing staff! All our questions were answered and we never had any doubts. Thank you so very much for helping us.
My dog was lost and then was picked up and sent to Peninsula Vet Emergency. The staff there were supportive friendly to look after my dog until I came to pick her up. Thanks for calming my dog and helping her to relax while waiting for me.
Wonderful, caring vet emergency support when our new pup picked up a puffer fish down at the beach. All nurses, vets and reception staff were exceptionally kind and professional. Excellent service all around.
