RecommendedNice variety of stores and I like the outdoor atmosphere
nice variety of shops and restaurants
Spent Christmas Eve walking through PTC after having lunch at Mission BBQ. I find that the restaurants in the outside perimeter are nice, but as for the stores, it really has gone downhill since the last time I visited. Also, when I went to use the restrooms, the entire building hall smelled of feces, which only seemed to get stronger once I got closer to the restroom. I don't know what happened, but that left a bad taste, and barring the restaurants, I will not be shopping there again anytime soon.
Large groups hanging out in front of restaurants that don’t allow for people to walk except in street and all the officers locked up in their office. They should be keeping up with that

It’s cool outdoor shopping. Sucks if it rains or whatever. Bring an umbrella. Embrace the wilderness.
