Went there to get oil change was very great service and not long wait great service the mechanic and the owner seen something that was getting ready to break on my car and they were able to fix it after the oil change and gave me a good price thank you Rondell and staff
Rondel and crew are wonderful. Worked on my truck, had it done on time. But it still had a squeak. Rondel took the truck in immediately, dropped me off and picked me up from an appointment! Was not satisfied til he investigated til he found the noise! His concern is always that the vehicle is safe! A blessing to have such kind and caring man along with his associates to make sure we are up and running! Blessings to all at Peninsula Total Car Care in Salisbury!
Have had many cars serviced there over the years. Always had excellent experiences.
Absolute clowns. Wife took her car there for an inspection. They told my wife it took them 30 mins to take off two or her lug nuts and they would have to strip them off and replace them all for $200. Took it home that night and took them all off in 15 mins. Needless to say i got it inspected somewhere else with no problems.
I live 2 1/2 hours from Salisbury, and found that the underpinnings of my car came loose. I found Peninsula on Yelp and drove in. They quickly removed the destroyed underpinnings and charged me $10 to remove them. That's right, $10. I figured it might cost $50. I wanted to give them at least $20, but they refused. They're very nice, quick and knowledgeable.
