We toured a home at Peninsula Shores that was absolutely gorgeous and well thought through, with no details spared. The view of the bay is second to none!
O'Grady Development Company cut down too many trees and this property stands out like a bare sore thumb from the water. It's an odd subdivision in the middle of the country and doesn't feel like it fits this far out on OMP. It's a shame the land was developed in this manner (bulldoze everything, then squeeze every penny out of it by putting as many homes as possible). Very nice development of upscale executive style homes. Views are expansive with beautiful surround of East Bay. Looking to purchase a site within this community and feel that the quality of homes, site area and overall market appeal is rated very high.
