I did not want to go with the Realtors Inspectors. I found Peninsula Property Inspections on the Internachi site and thru a Google search. I feel fortunate because Steve found a broken pipe in the slab. We did not buy that home ,but, used him for our second inspection. All was good. Saved me money.
Very detailed. Some conditions were discovered that resulted in renegoatiation. After the repairs were done, they came back out and updated my Insurance inspection.
Not the worst, but could've been better. Professional appearance lacking. Small time operation. Next time will go with reputable inspection company
I was pleased with the inspection service. It was very helpful that the Inspector went over the results with me while on site and then was available for my questions when I received the report by email. I did not expect the 4-point inspection to be included. That saved me some time and money.
