Lived there for 7 years absolutely a dump the staff in the office act like your bothering them when asked a question the maintance men act like cops and stick tickets on your car windows.one morning I was scraping the frost off my front windows when an office lady came and told Me I can't do that it's a form of working on your car. Easy to apply and the stuff specially Cheryl and Emmanuel are super profetionals and super helpful thank you all
The manager is extremely rude and arrogant, the pool is basically as if it didn’t exist on the hottest days the pool is always closed, this is not a good place for people with kids, the kids are barely aloud to even step foot outside. There are way too many unnecessary rules, but things that actually need fixing are not given any attention, for example the laundry rooms are horrible and very little compared to the amount of residents, the trash bins are absolutely disgusting.
