Jasmine with them massages is A1. The only physical therapist that doesn’t make u just work out. They make u work out and monitor you. And then give u massages and her hands are magic. and the doctor there is amazing. He’s gonna hit pressure points. He’s very detailed and loves to make sure ur pain level has left when u see him. I highly recommend. They leave very detailed notes. My pain was documented and I will be back.

Something has changed!!!! Either there was a change in management or ownership but there is a significant change. The therapists are wonderful but the way in which the office is operating has dropped which changes my view of this business. Errors in billing, lack of information sent to the insurance company, messages not returned, nobody sitting at the front desk. But when there was someone at the front desk, she was only filling in and couldn't be of much service.

I absolutely love the staff here! Jasmine, John, Corrello, the front desk and Mr. A at the pool! They all are very helpful and show that they truly care for the patients recovery process! The facility is always clean especially the pool which was extremely important to me, unlike the pool at PIVOT. While the VA always seem to give so much red tape, Margie at the front desk was very helpful in getting the proper authorizations so that there were no break in my physical therapy taking the stress off of me so that I could focus... read more

This is the best place to have physical therapy. They are very friendly and very professional. This is my 3rd time with them. When I was told that I needed therapy again. I requested to come here. Because they are the best.

Your employee can’t schedule appointments correctly and then make it sound like it’s my fault this place is still in business. how does a manager not call me into the office and then discuss my situation instead in a hall way she needs to go take a management course and then not try help me at all saying I have two options go somewhere else or see if she can try to see if a therapist can see me today but not guaranteeing that they will, where did she get off being this rude towards people that are paying her salary oh conven... read more
