Good PTs but generally all work is done by and with PT aids, PT does not see of follow patients regularly. Billing process and billing is very messed up! The problems with them demanding overpayment and billing issues including the billing office not getting info on payments that have been made (and required) at the time of visit in the clinic, not understanding how FSAs work when being used for copay makes any positive completely erased. I advise avoiding this PT clinic until they learn how to properly bill and resolve b... read more
