RecommendedOn the worst day of my life, I never thought that bringing my fur baby to be the crematorium would actually help me in my heating process. My dog has a special diet and meds. He also hates when we leave him. Our experience at the Olalla location was so convenient and went so well that I will use the Pet Lodge for sure again !!! Our dog was in great shape and very happy after a 10 day stay !!!!
I take my husky to the Olalla location and have nothing but good things to say. They always take such amazing care of her, and they just keep getting better. She's quite the old lady now, and comes with her own little pharmacy; the woman who runs the lodge always goes over her medications before I leave and it inspires confidence that she's in good hands while I'm gone. �� “I have been going to the Pet Lodge since I was a puppy. They love me there, and I get to play with all my friends. And also bark my head off, which is very fun. Sometimes I just go for the day, and sometimes I stay overnight. I always get good baths afterward and come home with handsome scarves. The Gig Harbor location is horrible. I went there to use the self service grooming facility and it is nothing like what is advertised. The shampoo was watered down to the point where it wouldn’t suds and there was one choice, not a “selection” as described on their website. It reeked of urine and I feel sorry for the animals that are boarded there currently. I’m reporting this facility and you should not take your pets anywhere near this atrocity.

GIG HARBOR location is a red flag! BEWARE to all pet owners. Do NOT take your dogs/cats to this location. I was there today and the smell of urine inside the front doors was severely strong. When I questioned the woman working behind the counter she pointed to the room to her right which looked like a play room for the dogs. She said "It's probably coming from that room and I need to mop it up."
