First, they deserve a negative star review but this site requires us to put one star. I hired this company because I wanted a company to provide specific services and they agreed they would provide those exact services. For which I agreed to pay more money to have them provide pest control, get on the roof to remove bee and wasp nests, to spray, and deweb.
