I'm another victim of Dr. Perim... He performed several unnecessary procedures and made false claims about conditions. He quoted one astronomical price and never mentioned when his services had already long sinxe exceeded the original quote. He said making payments wasn't an issue but later insisted full balance payment and tried to get a signed credit agreement after the fact. Did the orthodontist spend time with you during your visit? Not really, it was mostly the assistant Was this provider friendly? Absolutely Not! Does this orthodontist offer flexible financing options? Not at all. I ended up spending way more than I expected to Did you feel that this orthodontist had a kid-friendly office? No, not at all Does the provider's staff maintain a professional appearance? No

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did you feel that this orthodontist had a kid-friendly office? Yes Would you recommend this orthodontist to others? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
