We love this practice. Dr. Shahin is always kind and generous with her time, with the best bedside manners. She seems genuinely happy to see my kids. She is so good about letting us parents know when not to be worried, without ever blaming or shaming our parenting abilities. Dr. Shahin took the time to research a potentially serious health issue on her own, consult colleagues, and phone me directly across multiple days to give me updates. We love this practice. They are super communicative and thorough. We moved from abroad and they were super helpful getting our medical records up to date here in the US. Dr. Renschler really cares about her patients and makes sure no stone is left unturned when it comes to their care.
We’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with the doctor and nursing staff at Stanford Pediatrics at Melno Park. We have our new born seen by Dr. Kensley Renschler. From the beginning, we felt a complete lack of empathy and care. The doctor was consistently dismissive, interrupting us mid-sentence and never allowing us to fully explain our concerns. Dr. Kadon is my absolute favorite. He is incredibly supportive and consistently goes above and beyond to address my concerns. Both of my children were in excellent hands under his care. During our two years living in California, he became one of the people we truly missed the most.
