Doctors are great, but you can never get anyone to answer your call at the reception. The waiting time is always long. One time, I had to drive to there just to change a simple appointment, and I saw one of the receptionists at the desk (exit) chatting with others instead of answering calls.
While the pediatrician doctors are fine, the place consistently makes you wait for 45+ minutes before the Dr. shows up. In summary, the patients time is absolutely not respected (sample size > 10)
Well run and the doctors here are very attentive. My two sons are very happy here
